Description
This 60’ excess height box car with double plug doors and waffle sides is brown with white lettering and runs on Barber Roller Bearing trucks. Built by Berwick in late 1978 for Conrail, it was later transferred to Norfolk Southern through mergers. As a high-cube car, it exceeds Plate F dimensions and was designed for Auto Parts service with Ford, and later General Motors. It now wears the NS “no-stripe” paint scheme.
