Deleting Inventory Items

     

Every user will have to delete an item from their Inventory for one reason or another while using TrainCat. This lesson will concentrate on deleting the first Inventory item that was entered in Lesson #3 and Lesson #6. Before continuing, you should have the item located and selected. If you don't, please review Lesson #5 first.

The process of Deleting an item is a simple one. The user must select the item and then click on Delete from the command button group at the screen bottom. Clicking on Delete will delete the current or selected item. That is why you must select the item first.

Since this lesson assumed you have the item selected, click on the Delete button.

Click on Yes to confirm the delete and you will notice that the select item no longer appears in the Browse Area. Continue deleting all items in the inventory.
