Configuring the Seller's List

    


To begin, click on the Config menu and then on the Seller's Information Manager option of the drop-down menu bar. 

To make entering new Inventory items easier, TrainCat has added a drop down selector for the Seller. This is linked to the Seller Information. This information is a critical component for the Insurance Report. This information will give your insurance company all the contact information required for the seller. The Email and Website fields will be used in future versions.

To add a new seller, click on Add, enter all desired information. Note that the Add and Edit buttons switch to Save and Revert while in the Add or Edit mode. The Seller Code must be unique from any other seller. The Seller Name is what is displayed in the Inventory screen. Click on the Save button to save the new seller, or click on Revert to abandon all edits.

When done, click on the Exit Button. Please continue the Tutorial Step #2C, Configuring the Databases.
