Saving and/or Retrieving Report Styles

     

A special feature allows the user to save all aspects of the print job into Report Styles. Styles can be named allowing the user to save the setup for reports most printed often. Report Styles save the Report Type, Grouping, Sort Order and any Filters that were set in the Inventory screen.

To Save all parameters in to a Report Style, click on the button. TrainCat will open a window allowing the user to name the Report Style. Two buttons are provided... Save and Cancel.

To retrieve a Report Style, click on the button. A browse window will open showing all styles in TrainCat. The browse has a slider bar on the right side to allow the user to scroll down and find the desired style. Click on Accept to open the selected style and Cancel to abandon the retrieve process.
