TrainCat Report Manager Overview

The Following are Report Types found within the Report Manager

• The Asset Report tracks all items, their quantity, purchased amount, current value and total collection value within the Inventory. Three Report formats available.
• The Insurance Report profiles the part from when and where it was purchased along with asset information and storage location.
• The Series Report provides an overview of the collection contained with in the inventory database grouped by the Manufacturer, the Series number and the Condition.
• The Category Report provides an overview of the collection contained with in the inventory database grouped by the Manufacturer, the Category and the Condition. Three Report formats available.
• The Item Detail Report allows the user to report all the data collected within TrainCat. Due to the amount of information reported, these reports can be large for extensive inventories. Three Report formats available.
• Inventory Item Labels provides the user with laser/inkjet labels containing details about individual items. There are five Label Formats available.
• Car Routing System Cards are a natural progression for TrainCat users that are cataloging their items used for running sessions and wish to use a car routing system.

From Left to Right, the Print Manager Controls are:

• Get Saved Report Style
• Save Current Setup as Report Style
• Navigation Buttons for Multiple Report Formats
• Change Report Item Sorting Order
• View and/or Print Report
• Export Inventory Data to MS Excel, HTML or Text Files
• Exit Report Manager
