Inventory Insurance Report |

The Insurance Reports provides an overview of the collection contained with in the inventory database along with the value and profit of the items based upon the Current Market Value, the items condition and price paid for the item. Starting with version 2.00.0000, TrainCat introduced the Report Manager. This module allows the user to select the type of report that is desired and then the report format.

| Standard Insurance Report is a basic report where TrainCat groups all Inventory items into line items having the same Manufacturer, Stock #, Condition. Also included are the Seller/Retailer, Purchase Date and Storage Location. The Insurance Report does provide totals for the Inventory as a whole on the Summary Page. It is reccommended that the Insurance Seller Report is Printed with the Insurance Report. | ||
The user is provided with the option to change the sort order of the report. From the Report Manager, click on the Sort button. The sort screen will open. Four pull-downs are available to set the desired order. Clicking the Clear All button will remove all sorts. The sort option for the Insurance Reports are:
* indicates defaults. Click Done when the desired Sort is set.

TrainCat always provides the user with a preview of the report first allowing the user to review the report before printing. The report generator is controlled by the Print Preview Control Bar.
