Re-Index Your Databases

     

A healthy database is not only less prone to incur errors, it also improves the speed of TrainCat in all operations. This utility rebuilds the essential indexes required for searches and permanently removes deleted records. The Table Re-Index Utility is done through the TrainCat Database Utility program installed in to your program shortcuts during installation. 

Select the Reindex Databases option to begin. All of the users data will be automatically backed-up before the Re-Index process begins. A progress bar on the screen bottom will indicate the completion of each table until all data has been backed-up.

The Database Utility will present an information box when the operation is complete.
