Active Collection Configuration

TrainCat is capable of creating and managing unlimited number of collections. These collections can be the users, or someone else. Husband, wives and children can manage their own collection. Collection Brokers can now create a collection management for each client. To manage the collection itself, the user must create the collection from the Config Menu on the top of TrainCat's Inventory screen.

The Command Buttons work in the same fashion as described in the Inventory and Master List screens. The user must click on the Edit button before changing any of the fields. Click on the Add button to begin entering the Collection Name and Owners Information. Some of this information will now print on the Reports. * Special Note * If a Collection is Deleted, Any and All Items contained in the Inventory for that collection WILL BE DELETED.   Click on the Save button to save the Collection Profile. The user can now click on the Exit button to return to the Inventory screen.

The Active Collection can now be selected within the header of the Inventory screen.
